Terms & Conditions:

  • Each student needs to undertake a minimum of 3 hours of lessons per week.
  • Registration fee £50 (non-refundable) to be paid at the time of admission.
  • Fees must be paid at least monthly in advance by 25th day of the month before.
  • If your child cannot make any lesson for any reason, we need to have at least 24 hours’ notice. We will offer alternative online sessions where possible. Paid fees will not be refundable or transferable.
  • Stepping Stones accepts no liability for any personal property or injury to a person.
  • Fees subject to be changed and the services offered added to or withdrawn at any time. However, fees will not varied during a course of other service in progress. At least a week advance notice will be given by the Centre.
  • Students should be aware that they are attending tuition to be engaged in the learning process actively and are expected to behave responsibly at all times. They must follow the code of conduct. Failure to do so or causing disturbance to other students or staff will result in instant dismissal from the Centre. In such case no refund of fees will be made and parents will be informed immediately to collect the child.
  • Parents or guardians will accept full liability for any damage caused by the student to premises.
  • In the interest of the student’s well-being whilst in the teacher’s care the Centre must be informed of any medical or other conditions affecting the student.
  • In the event of your child discontinuing, we must receive a 7 days advance notice to avoid any charges.
  • Terms and conditions come into effect upon enrolment.
